MALA is proud to announce that Sushma Kotecha from our committee has been appointed to the Council of Nottinghamshire Law Society.
Established in 1875, Nottinghamshire Law Society is one of England's largest, with over 1300 members.
Sushma is a highly respected family lawyer, currently managing partner of Stowe Family Law in Nottingham. Prior to that, she was head of family law at Shoosmiths in the same city. She was recommended in Legal 500 in 2018 for her high value cases. Additionally, Sushma is an accredited mediator.
MALA has warm relationships with law societies, from members holding positions (like Ranjit Thaliwal as President of Leicestershire Law Society in 2013 and Krishna Kotecha being on its committee for over 10 years) to co-hosting events such as our forthcoming event with the national Law Society.,
